Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)

Learn the art of grappling, takedowns, ground control and submissions. BJJ is a highly effective martial art self-defence system ,sport, and can also be used for personal growth, built around the idea that technique can overcome size and strength. Taught by Mark Hayes under the banner of Lincoln BJJ, right here at the same centre.

Hey, I'm Mark


Hi I'm Mark, I've been studying Martial Arts and Fitness for more than 40 years, so you can relax knowing that you are in capable hands.

During my years of studying Martial Arts, I have gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience in a range of striking, grappling, and weapons-based martial arts

I want to help individuals or small groups of people who want to gain experience in Martial Arts, as well as wanting to get fitter, maybe lose a little bit of weight, build their self-confidence and develop a positive winning mind set
